Job summary

Cantor Fitzgerald Ireland seeks an Investment Selection Lead to support Wealth Management clients in Ireland. You will lead due diligence, selection, and ongoing monitoring of active and passive investment strategies across all asset classes to deliver strong risk-adjusted performance.

Qualifications

4+ years experience in the investment funds space as an Allocator or Research professional.
Graduate qualification in a finance or quantitative discipline; CFA/CIPM preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills; both oral and written.
Process-driven approach to security selection.

Responsibilities

Lead identification and selection of active and passive strategies across asset classes for the securities list.
Monitor approved funds with performance analysis, risk assessment and ESG considerations.
Partner with portfolio management to monitor positions and suggest adjustments.
Improve the investment selection framework using quantitative and qualitative methods.
Present investment recommendations and market insights to stakeholders; assist with quarterly reports and client queries.
Maintain relationships with investment managers and fund providers; track market developments.
