Job summary

Stryker is seeking a data and reporting analyst for a maternity leave cover on a fixed-term contract. The hybrid role can be based in Cork, Ireland or Newbury, UK.

You will build, test, and deploy reporting infrastructure, maintain dashboards, and support system upgrades with SLAs in mind. You will work with IT, Shared Service teams, and end-users to deliver ad hoc Power BI reports, CSOD administration, and data quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree required and at least 4 years as an analyst or similar role.
• Strong data modeling and technical expertise essential.
• Experience with SFDC, Power BI, CSOD, SQL, and Power Automate/Power Apps.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT to build, test and deploy reporting infrastructure.
• Support and maintain reports and dashboards across BI tools and databases.
• Participate in system implementation or release activities.
• Partner with Shared Service Teams to support upgrades, enhancements, and ensure SLAs are met; identify process improvements where possible.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the use of systems and reporting tools.
• Manage monthly outstanding action items and reporting to ensure timely completion.
• Support the scheduling and coordination of ICM meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Develop and maintain ad hoc Power BI reports and dashboards using SFDC data.
• Assist with CSOD account administration, user support, and issue resolution.
• Review and validate manual agent records prior to system uploads to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare and upload monthly data files into the Power BI reporting environment.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis using Excel and Power BI to support business and operational needs.
• Maintain and update Azure DevOps with open issues, status updates, and progress tracking.
• Support data quality initiatives and operational activities across reporting processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain ICM automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and Power Apps to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy.
• Identify and implement data governance improvements.

United Kingdom Pay Ranges

• United Kingdom: £40,500 - £67,600 GBP Annual

Ireland Pay Ranges

• Ireland: €51,000 - €86,000 EUR Annual
