Job summary
Ethos Care Group in Cork is seeking an experienced Lead Healthcare Assistant to guide and support our care team on shift, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care.
You will allocate duties, supervise hands-on care, monitor standards, and communicate with nurses, families and the wider team to maintain a compassionate, reliable, and compliant care environment.
Qualifications
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a care role
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Compassionate, reliable and committed to high standards of care
