Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is hiring for a security supervisory role in Ireland. The position involves leading the day-to-day activities of your security team, delivering client services and achieving team targets across shifts.

A PSA Licence is essential, with 3–5 years of security experience and 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity. You will identify training needs, deliver ongoing development, and report incidents and maintenance issues to the client, ensuring smooth operations and strong client

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Valid Security Guarding PSA Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver security services to the client with day-to-day team supervision.
• Meet targets for the team and the client, and ensure efficient running of operations.
• Identify training needs and deliver training to develop the team.
• Assist Line Manager in meeting agreed targets and provide required data on time.
• Report incidents to the client and coordinate resolution; report maintenance issues promptly.

About The Role:

Days of Working: Variable shifts dependent upon business needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering OCS security services to the client with direct responsibility for the day-to-day activities of your team
• Meet your targets and those of the team as a whole
• Efficient running of the team
• Identification of training needs and where necessary, delivery of training and the development of the team
• Assist your Line Manager in meeting agreed targets.
• Providing required data to your Line Manger within agreed timescales.
• Reporting incidents directly to the client to allow issues to be resolved effectively
• Report any maintenance issues to the client and ensure the issues are rectified

Essential Hiring Criteria:

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

Certifications:

• Valid Security Guarding PSA Licence is required.
