Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations for our client in Ireland. You will lead a security team, ensure targets are met, and manage incident reporting and client communications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of security experience with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• PSA Licence (Security Guarding) valid and up-to-date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OCS security services to the client with day-to-day team oversight.
• Meet targets for the team and individual performance.
• Ensure efficient running of the team and identify training needs.
• Assist Line Manager in achieving agreed targets and provide data on timescales.
• Report incidents to client and coordinate issue resolution.
• Report maintenance issues to the client and ensure rectification.

About The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering OCS security services to the client with direct responsibility for the day-to-day activities of your team
• Meet your targets and those of the team as a whole
• Efficient running of the team
• Identification of training needs and where necessary, delivery of training and the development of the team
• Assist your Line Manager in meeting agreed targets.
• Providing required data to your Line Manger within agreed timescales.
• Reporting incidents directly to the client to allow issues to be resolved effectively
• Report any maintenance issues to the client and ensure the issues are rectified

Essential Hiring Criteria:

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

Certifications:

• Valid Security Guarding PSA Licence is required.
