Job summary

TSMG is seeking a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain, diagnose, repair, and ensure operational readiness of electric and autonomous vehicle fleets across Europe. You will work with AV Operations Leads and engineering teams to minimize downtime and support robotaxi deployments.

The role focuses on high-voltage safety, software updates, and ADAS hardware integration, with hands-on repair and diagnostics in a fast-paced depot environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience as automotive/diagnostic technician.
• Strong diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related vehicle issues.
• Support high-availability autonomous vehicle fleets in shift-based or 24/7 environments.
• Conduct detailed vehicle inspections to support fleet readiness and safety.
