Job summary

TSMG is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and deployment of robotaxi fleets across Europe. You will monitor vehicle behavior, intervene when needed, and collaborate with engineering, fleet operations, and depot teams to ensure safe, reliable service.

No prior AV experience required—comprehensive training will prepare you to safely support testing, deployment, and commercial operation of self-driving vehicles.

Qualifications

• Valid European driver's license.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass background verification.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving.
• Comfortable driving for extended periods in urban and highway environments.
• Ability to follow detailed operational procedures with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and operations.
• Continuously supervise the self-driving system with awareness of traffic conditions.
• Take manual control when required by procedures or safety protocols.
• Complete routes while obeying local laws and SOPs.
• Provide feedback and document incidents for engineering teams.
