Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master in Biotechnology or Food Science; PhD preferable but not essential.
• Experience in enzyme characterisation and protease enzyme applications.
• Knowledge of GLP, analytics, and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of next-generation enzyme technologies.
• Prioritize opportunities across multiple EUMs for proteases.
• Generate data packages and develop new analytical methods.
• Design and optimize enzyme systems, assess activity and stability.
• Analyze complex datasets and present technical reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enzyme solutions.
