Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Senior Project Engineer – Electrical to lead design and delivery of electrical building services upgrades in live data centre environments across EMEA. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and client interfaces while mentoring junior engineers.

Candidates should have 8+ years in building services with data centre experience, Chartered status or in progress, and strong knowledge of LV/MV power, UPS, switchgear, and standards such as IEC/CIBSE. Hybrid working available.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in electrical building services design for live data centre environments.
• Experience delivering electrical upgrades within operational data centre facilities.
• Strong knowledge of standards and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of electrical building services upgrades within live data centre environments.
• Develop retrofit design strategies with live system tie-ins and resilience.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with clients and contractors.
