A local nursery and Montessori school in Dublin is looking for 3 Early Years Educators. The ideal candidates should have a recognized Early Years qualification and good interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include ensuring the health and safety of children and working collaboratively with the childcare team. Benefits include employee assistance and wellness programs. Qualifications

• Must have a recognized Early Years qualification at Level 5/6/8 or equivalent.
• Successfully completed a First Aid course and manual handling.
• Experience with Siolta and Aistear preferable.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the health, safety and well-being of children, staff, and the building.
• Work in conjunction with existing Childcare Team to provide high-standard care and education.

Good humoured, flexible and self-motivated

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions

Ability to plan and organise activities

Ability to keep records and observe children
