Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager for its CTO Labs to lead a team of senior data scientists at the intersection of Machine Learning, Big Data, and cybersecurity. You will shape the technical direction, mentor researchers, and collaborate across functions to deliver AI-driven security solutions.

You will leverage CrowdStrike’s vast cybersecurity data to advance threat detection capabilities, guide production ML systems, and contribute to strategic initiatives across security domains.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in CS/Math/Statistics or related STEM field.
• 5+ years in data science and ML with leadership experience.
• Strong cybersecurity concepts and threat landscape knowledge.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks; experience with big data tech.
• Experience mentoring data scientists and ML engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data scientists, provide technical guidance and performance management.
• Define technical standards for ML development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Drive ML strategy for threat detection and security applications.
• Oversee projects from research to production with measurable impact.
