Technical Skills

5+ years experience with SQL.

5+ Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica, SSIS etc.

Experience with BI tools not limited to SSRS, Tableau, Business Objects, LOGI, PowerBI, Quicksight etc.

Experience with R, Python would be preferred.

Experience Snowflake would be preferred.

Experience with AWS would be preferred

Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy and/or maintain leading data and analytical solutions that are high-quality, innovative, efficient, secure, creative, scalable, adaptable, dynamic, fully performing and comply with all standards and best practices in support of business and Client outcomes and objectives

Proven ability to work closely with Business organizations and lead a team to deliver on business needs.

Drive U.S. IT and U.S. business groups to deliver data-informed product strategies

Execute full software and product development life cycle (SDLC) and lead continuous improvements leveraging Agile best practices

Write advanced well-designed, testable, flexible, and scalable datasolutions

Participate in data architecture design, data analysis, development and testing.

Produce technical specifications and determine operational feasibility.

Integrate leading software components into a fully functional software system

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

Evaluate business and client feedback

Effectively mentor other engineers

Augment existing data sets with other data sources (i.e. external) to make reusable data assets

Lead a "data-first" approach to problem solving and designing IT solutions

Qualifications

Requires BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.

8+ years of progressive experience in a data driven technical role.
