Job summary

MSD in Carlow seeks an Associate Director, Data Analytics to lead digitalisation of manufacturing data and drive data-driven decisions across NPI, Validation and IPT teams. You will serve as the analytics SME at the site, conducting statistical analyses, supporting quality investigations and driving cGMP compliance.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field, strong data analytics skills, and experience with Power BI/Spotfire/Shiny, MES, DeltaV, SAP, LIMS and PI

Qualifications

• Data analysis experience required.
• GMP setting experience with data integrity emphasized.
• Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics initiatives for Carlow site digitalisation projects.
• Provide SME input into investigations and quality notifications.
• Support continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen events.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
