Qualifications

• College or university degree is required.
• Several years of risk and control experience.
• Experience in financial services industry.
• Deep understanding of control frameworks and testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Leads controls testing execution including walkthroughs, design, and operating effectiveness testing.
• Performs quality review over testing workpapers to ensure accuracy and documentation.
• Lead representative to engage stakeholders in all testing phases.
• Supports Testers to ensure testing is effective and efficient.
• Monitors all testing phases, escalating deficiencies and delays.
• Compiles and communicates monthly, quarterly or annual test results and remediation status.
• Assists in identifying follow-ups and potential deficiencies.
• Collaborates with business partners to obtain remediation action plans and track progress.
• Assists with control projects and risk initiatives as directed.
