Job summary

daa, a leading airport group based around Dublin, is seeking a Construction Scheduler to drive the capital delivery programme through robust planning, scheduling and performance management.

You will integrate cost, risk and schedule data, enable informed decisions and promote proactive schedule management across contractors, consultants and internal teams, delivering predictable, well-governed programmes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years infrastructure experience
• Coordinate inputs into master schedule platform
• Build critical path schedules from first principles
• Manage contractor/vendor relationships
• Experience with large capital programs
• Strong communication and coordination
• Detail-oriented and process driven
• Team-oriented and motivating
• Proficient in Primavera P6
• Earned Value management knowledge
• Clear communication of scheduling data
• Proactive issue resolution
• Professional membership desirable

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and validate project and programme schedules aligned with budgets and milestones.
• Analyse schedule risks, dependencies, scope changes and delays; provide forecasting.
• Monitor performance against baselines; report variances and corrective actions.
• Integrate cost, risk and budget data with scheduling and cashflow planning.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to align schedules and milestones.
• Provide schedule insights to management for governance decisions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and respond to scheduling queries.
• Promote consistent scheduling methodologies and continuous improvement.
