Job summary

NeoDyne is seeking a Commissioning Manager for its Dublin Office to lead the commissioning of power plant systems. You will drive strategy, plan and resource forecasts, coordinating with vendors, OEMs and client teams to ensure safe, on-time turnover from construction through to operation.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in commissioning for energy projects, strong control systems expertise, and a track record of delivering complex system turnovers with safe practices and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical, mechanical, or process engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years leading commissioning activities in power/energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of control systems, electrical systems, instrumentation and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with commissioning turnover and system-based approaches.

Responsibilities

• Manage commissioning of power plant systems including DCS/PLCs and HV/MV equipment.
• Develop and maintain commissioning execution strategy, plan and schedule.
• Oversee system-based commissioning from mechanical completion to performance demo.
• Create and approve commissioning procedures prior to work start.
• Coordinate vendor and OEM commissioning scopes and test points.
• Lead client interface, safety in work practices and handover processes.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to procedures and standards.
