Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) Ireland is seeking an experienced Platform Hosting Cloud Security Engineer to design, implement, and operate security controls across multi‑cloud environments. You will collaborate with product and platform teams to enable secure deployments and automate security processes within CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires 5–7+ years in cloud security, hands‑on AWS/GCP experience, and proficiency with IaC tools like CloudFormation and Terraform.

Qualificações

5-7+ years of experience in cloud security, security engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or a related field.
Hands‑on experience securing cloud infrastructure in AWS, GCP, or both.
Understanding of security frameworks and compliance concepts such as NIST or PCI DSS.
Proficient in Python and Go.

Responsabilidades

Design, architect, and implement security controls and frameworks for PlayStation Infrastructure.
Detect security gaps and mature security tooling and operational processes.
Work with product and platform teams to define system requirements and implement cloud-based security controls.
Write code to automate security processes and integrate into CI/CD deployments.
Architect, develop, and deploy automation for multi‑cloud audit and security changes.
Champion tools to improve platform availability with automated protection.
