Job summary

Atlantic Projects Company (APC) in Limerick seeks a Lead Civil Engineer to lead civil, structural, and geotechnical delivery across projects. The role involves oversight of CSA work packages, mentoring engineers, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and authorities.

Based in our Limerick office, the position requires EPC project experience, strong leadership, and familiarity with Eurocodes and safety standards. Full-time, on-site work with regular hours.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 8–15+ years in industrial/power generation civil engineering.
• Experience with EPC delivery and management of EOR teams.
• Strong geotechnical, foundation, site development, and structural knowledge.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) preferred; excellent communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil, structural, foundation, architectural and geotechnical deliverables.
• Evaluate geotechnical reports and provide foundation design guidance.
• Ensure designs comply with Eurocodes, Building Regulations, and relevant standards.
• Oversee EOR to ensure design intent and coordination across disciplines.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with clients and authorities.
• Review drawings, calculations, and submittals.
