Depaul invites applications for a Chef - Back Lane, Dublin, a permanent role full-time across 7 days at 38,857.00 per annum. You will manage a busy kitchen delivering high-quality meals for residents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Manage kitchen on duty and ensure high-quality meals.
• Meet residents' nutritional needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene to HACCP standards.
• Manage stock, order foodstuffs, and control inventory.
• Coordinate on-site catering for events.
• Support training and staff development.
