Camphill Communities of Ireland is recruiting for a Team Leader in Carrick on Suir. This is a full-time, permanent role offering 40 hours per week within our community support services, both residential and day services.

Salary ranges from €48,343 to €57,476 per annum. Garda Vetting and reference checks apply. We offer a supportive team environment within a leading national organisation and opportunities for collaborative, learning work.

Formación

• Hold a minimum of Level 7 on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent in Health/Social Care.
• At least 2 years management experience at a similar level of responsibility.
• 3 years experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
• Understanding of current policy developments in social care for disability services.
• Effective verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
• A full driving licence is essential.
