Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) in Ireland seeks a Calibration Technician to calibrate and adjust equipment across temperature, humidity, pressure, and electrical disciplines, aligning with customer requirements. This role is part of Engineering and Technical Services, focusing on support, preventive maintenance, and repairs.

You will document calibrations, accompany senior staff on-site, and follow established procedures under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and adjust devices across temperature, humidity, pressure, physical dimensional, torque, force and electrical disciplines.
• Maintain calibration documentation including metrology database, certificates, equipment history forms, timesheets and automation software.
• Conduct self-studies to maintain proficiency in calibration theory and methods.
• Communicate progress of testing, repair and services to customers.
• Accompany senior staff on-site to calibrate equipment.
