Qualifications

• At least 2/3 years’ experience as a Baker Chargehand or Head Baker.
• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage the in-store bakery department.
• Oversee a team of up to 5/6 people including bakers and counter hands.
• Baking of novelty cakes and a range of breads.
