You will drive enterprise-grade solutions across agile teams, guiding AI-assisted engineering practices, code reviews, and automation while shaping the data and infrastructure needed for HR applications.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Spring Boot, Terraform).
• Hands-on experience deploying AWS services and developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods.
• Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
• Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, AI, ML).
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services IT landscape and related systems.
• Experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools with validation practices.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting for complex problems.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review code from others.
• Lead adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and delivery speed.
• Apply SDLC tools to improve automation value and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to automate remediation and improve stability.
• Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architecture applicability.
• Lead communities of practice to promote new technologies.
• Design and develop AWS infrastructure for HR Talent Management ecosystems.
• Develop data models and databases for HR Talent Management.
• Collaborate with product and front-end teams to review requirements.
• Participate in infrastructure resiliency and optimization events.
