Job summary

Western Care Association in Mayo is seeking an Assistant Manager (Social Care Worker grade) to support individuals to live meaningful, safe and inclusive lives within residential services. You will work with individuals, families and multi-disciplinary teams to promote independence, equality and person-centred planning in daily practice.

The role requires CORU registration or a CORU-recognised qualification, leadership experience and a commitment to quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have CORU registration to practise as Social Care Worker.
• Hold a CORU-recognised qualification.
• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Experience in person- and family-centred approaches.
• Experience in facilitating and supporting people with high and/or complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to live meaningful and fulfilling lives in a safe, inclusive environment.
