Lead Architect

Job description

An architectural practice in Mayo is expanding and seeking to recruit an experienced Lead Architect.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect to progress. In addition to leading a design team, the remit of this role will also include design development, contract administration, chairing site meetings, and liaising with all stakeholders to ensure all project timescales are met.

Requirements:

1. Hold professional membership to RIAI or RIBA
2. Registered Architect with 10 years post Part III experience
3. Previous experience across medium to large scale commercial developments
4. Proven success delivering projects to agreed milestones
5. Good working knowledge and experience adhering to current building and planning legislation
6. Site experience in Ireland
7. Stakeholder management experience
8. Previous experience leading and mentoring a team
9. Proficiency in Revit
10. Strong project management experience
11. Must have recent architectural experience in Ireland or UK
