You will mentor engineers, define roadmaps, and partner with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions that protect customers and business assets. This role emphasizes coaching, strategic influence, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, cloud-native software solutions using Secure SDLC practices.
• Strong foundation in systems architecture, SDLC, Agile methodologies, AWS, and DevSecOps.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and analytics to guide strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive team strategy, roadmap, and vision.
• Mentor and develop engineers and analysts, fostering technical growth.
• Manage workforce planning and performance goals aligned with business priorities.
• Define and own the product and technical roadmap and long-term vision.
• Be accountable for delivering the roadmap, articulating milestones and steps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
• Drive Secure SDLC adoption including SAST/DAST/SCA and secrets management.
• Improve automation, test coverage, release velocity, and production health.
• Establish and enforce technical standards through reviews and best practices.
• Partner with leaders to align on security priorities.
• Stay current with emerging threats, tools, and frameworks.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through metrics and knowledge sharing.
