Job summary

William Fry LLP, one of Ireland’s leading corporate law firms with Dublin and international offices, seeks an experienced Lawyer to join our Corporate team.

You will work on sophisticated cross-border deals with an Irish aspect, deliver technically strong drafting, and provide exceptional client service while managing multiple priorities to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A flexible approach, commercial mindset and a collaborative ethos are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience gained in a large, medium or boutique firm.
• Excellent technical and drafting skills with a good eye for detail.
• Track record of excellence in client service.
• Commercially minded with a business-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently work to deadlines.

The Corporate team at William Fry consistently have a central role in some of the most sophisticated and complex corporate transactions and advisory work in Ireland. We work on large cross-border deals with an Irish aspect. Our clients include leading Irish and international companies and institutions, public and private, as well as state and public sector bodies.We are also proud to have acted for many of Ireland’s most successful entrepreneurs. We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Lawyer to join our team.

The Person
