About The Role

What You’ll Do

As a Relief Laundry Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the comfort and dignity of our residents by ensuring all clothing and linen are laundered to the highest standards.

• Sort, wash, dry, press, and fold clothing and other textiles
• Remove stains using appropriate methods and products
• Follow daily and weekly laundry schedules
• Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and inform the team of stock levels
• Keep the laundry area clean, safe, and well-organised
• Complete necessary documentation and report any damage or concerns
• Ensure each resident receives a professional and respectful laundry service
