Job summary

Choice Stores in Bray is opening and seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead the new Bray opening with energy, enthusiasm and a hands-on approach. You will drive daily operations, coach a frontline team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience from day one in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a proactive leader who can plan promotions, manage stock and staffing, and maintain strong store standards while upholding our values and delivering value to customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience (FMCG or Big Box experience is a bonus).
• Hands-on leader who leads from the front and sets the tone for the team.
• Proven ability to manage people, develop talent, and drive performance.
• Strong communication, time management and decision-making skills.
• Energy, resilience and genuine passion for retail and team success.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire your store team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive store performance through sharp execution and commercial insight
• Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and daily operations
• Plan and execute promotional strategies and seasonal campaigns
• Manage all aspects of store operations: stock, staffing, till management, and compliance
