With a mechanical background, you will be working as part of a target driven team to ensure high standards of service and repair to coffee machine modules.

The Role: Inspection of modules, dismantle, clean thoroughly, identify damaged or worn parts, source replacement parts and fit accordingly. Reassemble repaired module to a high quality standard. Test completed modules in line with company guidelines. Daily update of the Production Modules Stats board to ensure performance is in line with productivity targets, escalating any issues/concerns early to the Workshop Team Lead. Support and assist other production module departments in order to achieve overall workshop productivity targets including hydraulic refurbishment, pressure vessel refurbishment and PDI’s. Accurate completion of appropriate administration forms/boards relevant to your position. Ensure the workshop and stores are kept clean and tidy at all times. Ensure at all times that the Health and Safety policy is adhered to. Co-operate with other employees in a professional and friendly manner.

The Person: Full training will be provided. Patience to carry out repetitive tasks with a mechanical aptitude. The ability to work quickly to meet productivity targets. Good team working skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. Ability to follow strict health and safety guidelines and workshop quality procedures. Flexible approach to work and hours.
