• Landscape gardener and maintenance tasks
• Weeding and weed recognition; use weed killer safely
• Use of tools and pesticides safely
• Cut grass and trim hedges and edges
• Identify the right tool for the job, including power tools
• Pay attention to detail
• Sowing and planting; sow and plant out at the correct time
• Take care of plants; recognise when watering and misting is needed
• Notice pests and diseases and deal with them
• Ensure health and safety at all times
• Good command of the English language both written and verbal
