Job summary

Online Garden Designs, a Kildare-based studio, is seeking a Garden Designer / Landscape Architect with strong garden design experience to join our team. This is an in-person role at our Kildare studio, with travel to projects across Ireland and a collaborative, hands-on environment.

You will be involved from early design through to site visits and completion, contributing to a mix of large country gardens and urban spaces.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in garden design or landscape architecture.
• Strong garden design and planting knowledge.
• Proficient in SketchUp and AutoCAD.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Involved in projects from the early design stages through to site visits and completion.
• Regular travel to project sites around Ireland and collaboration with the team.

Online Garden Designs is an award-winning garden and landscape design studio based in Kildare. We create beautiful, carefully considered outdoor spaces across Ireland and are looking for a Garden Designer / Landscape Architect with strong garden design experience to join our team.

This is an in-person role at our Kildare studio. We are a close, collaborative and hands‑on team, and you will be involved in projects from the early design stages through to site visits and completion.

We are lucky to work on some incredible garden projects across Ireland, from large country gardens to compact urban spaces. We are looking for someone who is passionate about gardens, design and creating beautiful outdoor spaces, to work with and learn with our studio.

What we’re looking for:

• Professional experience in garden design or landscape architecture
• Strong garden design and planting knowledge
• Proficient in SketchUp and AutoCAD
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• A strong eye for design and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
• Organised, enthusiastic and able to manage projects and deadlines
• Full clean driving licence is essential
