Job summary

Global Professional Consultants in Dublin is seeking experienced Land Surveyors to deliver high-quality surveying on a range of civil infrastructure and construction projects in the Dublin region.

You will establish and maintain survey control, perform GNSS and Total Station setting out, support BIM workflows, and produce accurate 3D models and data. A Level 7 degree in Land Surveying or Geomatics is required, with experience using GNSS, Total Stations, Laser scanning, and Trimble GEDO systems.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of deformation monitoring and laser scanning techniques.

A Growing Civil Engineering Contractor is hiring Land Surveyors to join their team. Your focus will be to help deliver high-quality projects across Dublin. With a strong reputation for reliability, technical expertise, and project delivery, the company works across a wide range of civil infrastructure and construction projects.

Role:

• Establish and maintain high-accuracy survey control networks across project sites.
• Carry out precise levelling loops and control surveys.
• Perform setting out using GNSS and Total Station equipment.
• Support and manage machine control systems on site.
• Undertake deformation monitoring surveys using laser scanning technology.
• Produce accurate 3D models and survey deliverables.
• Process, analyse, and manage survey data.
• Maintain survey records and ensure data accuracy and quality.
• Support BIM workflows through effective survey data integration and management.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure survey requirements are delivered safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all survey work is completed in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Level 7 Degree (or higher) in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related discipline.
• Experience using GNSS, Total Stations, and survey software.
• Experience with Trimble GEDO systems desirable.
• Knowledge of deformation monitoring and laser scanning techniques.
• Experience in 3D modelling and survey data processing.
• Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) card preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate survey information.
• Full clean driving licence preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
