Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals in Limerick, Ireland is hiring a LabWare LIMS Analyst/Developer to configure, develop, validate, and maintain LabWare LIMS and interfaces to instruments and enterprise systems in a GxP environment. Expect collaboration with QC, QA, Validation, and cross-functional lab stakeholders.

Role involves hands-on development of LIMS modules, APIs, and reporting, plus IQ/OQ/PQ validation and change-control processes to ensure compliant system delivery.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in IT, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 2 years of LabWare LIMS experience preferred.
• Experience writing and maintaining LIMS Basic subroutines for triggers, calculations, workflows, and events.
• Experience building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and working with XML/JSON.
• Strong SQL skills (Oracle/SQL Server or similar).
• Familiar with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11; IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and test scripts.
• Experience with Crystal Reports for custom reports and certificates of analysis.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain LabWare master data (analyses, components, products, specs, test methods, sample plans).
• Develop and maintain LIMS Basic subroutines; design, build interfaces with instruments and enterprise systems (ERP, MES, ELN).
• Write SQL queries and stored procedures; develop reports using Crystal Reports.
• Document solutions with User Requirements, Detailed/Functional/Technical specs and SOPs.
• Author and execute IQ/OQ/PQ validation; manage change control with Validation/QA.
• Administer LabWare LIMS including security roles, upgrades, and audits.
• Provide user support and coordinate enhancement requests with stakeholders.
