Job description
Overview

This role is for an experienced IT Lab Support Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. It is a 5-day onsite contract at the customer location in Raheen Business Park, Limerick.

Contract

We will offer a 12-month contract initially which can be extended annually.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting operations/end user activities for Lab systems.
  • Perform routine audit trail reviews and access roster reviews.
  • Support end user activities and manage ServiceNow requests.
  • Perform/monitor analytical PC backups.
  • Support vendor activities.
  • Author IT-related procedures and work instructions.
  • Support investigations, CAPAs and Change Controls.
  • Provide boots-on-the-floor Tier 1 vendor support.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems
  • Familiarity with common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email clients)
  • Basic understanding of networking principles
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems
