Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with Go or another modern programming language.
• Experience building software for Linux-based environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes development, including controllers, operators, or APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Kubernetes controllers and operators that automate the lifecycle of platform services.
• Contribute to global workload placement across clusters in public cloud and on-premises data centers.
• Develop Kubernetes APIs and CRDs providing clean interfaces for platform capabilities.
• Build reconciliation logic to manage distributed system state.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, upgrades, and lifecycle management of Kubernetes components deployed across hybrid clouds.
• Collaborate with platform teams to simplify operations of large-scale distributed systems.
• Improve reliability, scalability, observability, and maintainability of the platform.
