Premier Inn Cork City Centre is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and plate meals for guests. This fixed-term contract runs until 28 February 2027 with 20 contracted hours per week and pay up to €14.85 per hour.

Join a supportive team and learn kitchen skills, food safety, and how to work together to deliver great meals during breakfast and dinner service. Evenings and weekends are included.

Qualifications

• This role does not require prior hotel experience.
• Openness to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean and organized for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock organized.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right.
