Job summary

Sprout & Co in Ireland is seeking a Kitchen Shift Leader to support the Kitchen Leader, develop your leadership toolkit, and grow into a Kitchen Leader role. This learning-first position covers food safety, standards, prep, and team support, with the opportunity to take the lead when the time is right. Salary is €15.50–€16 per hour, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Good level of English for team and customer communication.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and teamwork.
• Minimum 3 months experience with Sprout.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Support the Kitchen Leader and lead when necessary.
• Follow and manage kitchen prep sheets; ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
• Assist with line operations during peak times.
• Maintain high standards of taste and presentation.
