Howdens Joinery is recruiting Kitchen Sales Designers who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Training will be provided, so prior design experience isn’t required.

You’ll help professional trades create exceptional kitchens for their clients and benefit from a structured training programme and strong team culture. This role focuses on driving sales, delivering top-tier customer service, and home visits to accurately measure and design solutions partner to our trade customers.

Qualifications

• Results driven with experience of reaching sales targets and KPI.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers and their client.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
• Full UK Driving licence with access to own vehicle for home visits.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
• CAD skills are preferred, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and profit by achieving depot targets.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional design support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the project.
• Conduct home visits to measure, assess and understand client needs.
• Negotiate prices confidently while protecting margin and design integrity.
