Cashel Palace Hotel in Cashel is seeking a part-time Kitchen Porter for Sadler's, our casual dining restaurant. The role requires a minimum of 26 hours per week and is a long-term permanent position to support busy kitchen operations.

You will wash crockery and utensils, keep kitchen areas clean, manage stores, assist with deliveries, and support the team as needed. Flexibility and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Wash crockery and utensils
• Daily clean of kitchen areas
• Deep clean of kitchen equipment
• Keep stores areas neat and tidy
• Keep refrigeration and freezers organised
• Report failing equipment to Supervisor
• Report Health and Safety hazards to Supervisor
• Communicate effectively with staff
• Contribute to stock taking as required
• Provide Porter support with deliveries
• Carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.
