The July Dublin is hiring a hands-on Kitchen Porter to support our chefs and the Food & Beverage team. You’ll maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen from breakfast through dinner service, helping ensure a great guest experience in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Availability from mid Sept / end of Sept.
• Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Wash dishes, kitchen equipment, utensils, and cookware efficiently.
• Support chefs with basic food preparation and kitchen tasks when required.
• Ensure all cleaning schedules are completed to a high standard.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times.
• Help maintain a well-organized and efficient kitchen environment.
• Support the kitchen team during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
