You will wash cookware and keep spaces clean, while ensuring food storage areas remain tidy and compliant with HACCP guidelines. • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in all kitchen areas.
• Adhere to rosters and notice periods, ensuring reliable attendance.
• Support the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Washing cookware, utensils, and cutlery promptly.
• Keep work spaces, floors, shelves, and countertops clean and sanitised.
• Ensure food storage areas and fridges are organised and HACCP compliant.
• Operate dishwashing machinery and cleaning chemicals per training.
• Assist with basic food preparation and setting up for the next day.
