Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is hiring a kitchen assistant to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations. You will help monitor food quality, keep utensils and ware clean, and maintain HACCP standards as part of a friendly team.

The role requires previous kitchen experience, flexibility for mornings/evenings/weekends, and the ability to work well in a team or on your own initiative. Dalata offers training through the Dalata Academy and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
• Take direction from department managers and assist in the monitoring of food. Maintaining a supply of clean ware/cooking ware & kitchen utensils at all times
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all times
• Work alongside the chef team to maintain HACCP standards
