Monday To Friday – day Time
No evening – No weekend

The Kitchen Porter plays a vital role in the smooth operation of the kitchen. This position involves maintaining hygiene standards, cleaning kitchen equipment and facilities, and assisting the culinary team with basic support tasks. It’s a perfect role for someone who enjoys working as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment.

Key Duties:

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and utensils to the highest hygiene standards.

• Wash pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery efficiently.

• Assist chefs with basic food preparation and deliveries when required.

• Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and work areas remain safe and organised.

• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.

• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen porter or similar role is an advantage but not essential.

• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Flexibility and reliability with working hours.

• Living in Ireland and have the right to work full-time in ROI.
