Job summary

Supermac’s Charlestown is seeking a Kitchen Staff member to help keep the kitchen running smoothly and deliver a great dining experience. You will work as part of a friendly, fast-paced team, supporting the chef on duty, keeping areas clean, and following all health and safety regulations.

This full-time role offers a hands-on position in a busy environment with training and opportunity to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic, following all regulations.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is well-maintained, clean, and presentable to staff, customers, and health inspectors.
• Report any damage or wear and tear to your supervisor or manager.
• Support the Chef on duty to help deliver high-quality food and service.
• Complete daily cleaning checklists and ensure all tasks are signed off.
• Follow company policies on stock control, waste management, deliveries, and health & safety.
• Show initiative and creativity while helping maintain high standards and quality control.
• Adapt to new procedures and policies introduced by the kitchen manager.
