Job summary

Sushi Circle in Swords is seeking a dedicated individual to run a kiosk at the SuperValu site. You will master our menus, manage daily operations, supervise a team, and ensure top service and quality.

Designed with convenience in mind, our kiosk concept gives customers access to fresh, hand-prepared sushi, hot street food, poke bowls, snacks, and grab-and-go favourites"all while doing their weekly shop. What you'll be doing:

• We'll teach you what it means to master our menus and run your Kiosk like it's your own business.
• You will drive performance across sales, labour and food cost controls, always looking for opportunities to deliver on your business targets
• You’ll inspire, engage and coach your Team, empowering them to follow your lead and deliver sensational service, sushi and everything in between.
• You will be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards in a face paced environment.
• You will be ensuring daily records of deliver, wastage and temperature checks are completely and recorded accurately.
