Job summary

Tender Healthcare Services in Ireland is seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care for clients in our community. You will be a key support person, promoting dignity and independence while working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers permanent employment with genuine career progression opportunities, 39 hours per week, and a starting salary of €30,420 per year. Excellent English required; driving licence preferred.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 qualification is essential.
• Qualification in Social Care or related discipline is required.
• Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
• Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality person-centred support.
• Act as a Key Worker for allocated individuals.
• Support personal care while maintaining dignity and respect.
• Administer medication in line with policy.
• Assist individuals to access their community.
• Support daily household activities.
• Complete care documentation accurately.
• Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Promote safeguarding and positive outcomes.
