Job Description:

Looking for a vibrant workplace with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration? If so, you've come to the right place! Here at Kellanova, we are looking for a Key Account Manager on a 12-month FTC to work with one of our key customers and contribute to their growth. This is a hands-on sales position covering Ireland, within a high-performing commercial team across Europe. You will have full autonomy to manage the account and make a real difference within a global organization operating in a buoyant market.

This role offers opportunities to learn, grow, and deliver on fast-growing accounts, providing significant development potential. You will develop skills to prepare for future senior roles and projects within Kellanova.

This is a hybrid role based out of our European Head Office in Dublin, with flexible working from home or elsewhere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Management: Managing a key customer account.
  • P&L Responsibility: Full P&L accountability and forecasting.
  • Relationship Building: Driving results, increasing wallet share, and creating new business opportunities.
  • Events: Attending events and tradeshows to build relationships and promote products.
  • Travel: Traveling to maintain and develop business relationships.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Key Account or National Account role.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Experience in a high-pressure commercial role with results achieved.
  • Valid driving license.
