Key Account Manager – Kitchen Retail

Salary: €65,000 - €75,000 + Company Car and Bonus

Location: Dublin Area | Frequent travel (50-60%)

About the Role:

As Key Account Manager, you will own and grow relationships with Kitchen Retail distributors across Northern Ireland and Dublin. You’ll drive profitability, execute brand strategies, and deliver market-leading results aligned with company goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and develop Kitchen Retail distributors to meet volume, sales, market share, and profitability targets
  • Build strong, multi-level customer relationships and lead annual negotiations and business planning
  • Coordinate marketing and sales promotions alongside internal teams to deliver impactful omni-channel strategies
  • Analyse sales trends, forecast retailer volumes, and optimize product availability and business planning
  • Monitor KPIs and sales performance, providing regular insights and reports to guide commercial decisions
  • Lead exciting new product launches to energize retailers and consumers

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred)
  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager, ideally with distributor management experience
  • Skilled at managing Head Office stakeholders and driving commercial success
  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ambitious, open-minded, and eager to learn and develop
