Key Account Executive - 12 month contract
The Role

We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated business professional to take responsibility in a dedicated manner to assist in the transition to the new ERP system. Daily, you will be responsible for addressing specific queries from Allphar's principal and customers. This will involve working with the relevant Key Account Manager on a day-to-day basis to generate reports that will come from two different ERP systems. The responsibility to assist with the generation of daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports.

The candidate should have knowledge of the Irish healthcare system and the capability of managing multiple complex projects and clients at one time. The candidate must have advanced PC skills for Excel and Word applications. Excellent communication, presentation, organisational, and analytical skills are required. Successful candidate must have a proven track record of working effectively in a rapidly changing environment to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines.

Key Outcomes
  • Supporting the reporting requirements of the Allphar Services business during the transition phase of the two systems
  • Supporting the Key Account Management team with key strategic IT projects for principals
  • Strong analytical and validation skills, manipulating data to present data to Allphar principals.
  • Cleansing, Interrogating, and analysing multiple sources of data, and finding ways to calibrate this data (combining internal and external data, financial and non-financial data)
  • Collaborate with other functions to gather relevant data in a timely manner and check the accuracy of all sources.
  • Generate all reporting, pricing, and operational metrics, which ensures that the group is meeting its business reporting goals across the portfolio of multinational clients.
  • Deliver a clear set of principal KPI’s to ensure market-leading reporting, pricing, and stock capabilities are met.
  • IT interface management.
  • Follow internal system processes but be flexible to adapt to different responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft suite, e.g., Power BI

  • At least 2 years' experience in Supply Chain Management as part of a business role.
  • Ability to analyse a high volume of financial and nonfinancial data and clearly communicate the results to the commercial team
  • Well-developed PC skills and proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint - Required
  • Dynamic and proactive person, 'can-do' attitude
  • Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Business Warehouse/Business Intelligence (tools & process) is essential.
